At Pets N Play™, we aim to deliver your pet’s essentials safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details via email or message.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or product page.

Pet Food & Consumables

  • Pet food, treats, and consumable products are shipped with care to maintain quality.

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, logistics, or regulatory checks may occur for such items.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Pets N Play is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution as per our internal investigation.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product

  • To prevent misuse, Pets N Play reserves the right to verify all damage or defect claims. Any refund or replacement request supported by edited, manipulated, misleading, or artificially generated images or videos will be rejected. Only original, unaltered media of the received product will be accepted for verification.
