Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Pets N Play

At Pets N Play, we are committed to providing quality pet products while ensuring safety, transparency and fairness in our policies.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and pet safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used pet toys.

  • Grooming & hygiene products.

  • Treats, food, catnip, or consumable items.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • To prevent misuse, Pets N Play reserves the right to verify all damage or defect claims. Any refund or replacement request supported by edited, manipulated, misleading, or artificially generated images or videos will be rejected. Only original, unaltered media of the received product will be accepted for verification.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatched.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If cancelled before dispatched, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Pet Safety Disclaimer

Pets should always be supervised while using toys or accessories. Pets N Play is not responsible for any injury or damage caused due to misuse or aggressive chewing.
